This site is used if you are wanting to submit a background check to work in the state of Mississippi for Health Care.

• Each individual must register for their own user account to submit an application for themselves for MSDH Health Care background check(s).
• A Facility Code is required prior to submitting an application. Contact your Health Care facility for this code.
